Baseball for children returns to Farnham Park

PlayBall, a baseball programme for children aged under 14 will again be running this summer on Friday evenings at Farnham Park.

The programme was initiated last year by BaseballSoftballUK. It was lead by GB Baseball Coach Sam Dempster is heavily supported by our club. This summer it is planned that Farnham Park Baseball and Softball Club to take over the overall running of the programme.

Running every Friday from 6.30pm until 8.30pm from Friday 12th June until Friday 24th July, the sessions for children aged from around 9 upto around 13. They are designed to introduce the basic skills and game concepts of baseball and then develop them so that the children can fully experience the game of baseball - with the children being split into teams and competing in a small league.

The cost is £7.50 per session, but you can save £12.50 by paying £40 for all 7 sessions.
